The acquisition and development of retail and office real estate assets, destined for lease, with long term agreements and leased to tenants with a solid credit record, that will aid us to plan a medium or long term exit strategy through the stock market or sell a total or partial stock position of the vehicle to an International Investment Fund that will maximize our earnings. |

MexFund leverages its investments projects in the amounts and conditions optimal to each individual asset. At all times, to provide certainty to our creditors and have a safety margin for our investors, a debt coverage ratio of 1.3 times is maintained. The ratio is achieved through a loan to value amount of no more than 70%, accordingly to the current market standard rates. |
